Remote and sound reactive effects no longer work. Need help!

Hi,

I recently received the WLED ESP32 Music Addressable LED Strip Controller which worked great with the remote and sound reactive effects. But after a few weeks the remote no longer works and the sound reactive effects seem to have disappeared. WLED continues to work well from the app.

Its still using v0.13.3 "Toki" firmware. Which I believe is the firmware it shipped with.

Any idea how I can get the sound reactive effects back and the remote working again? I feel the disappearance of both features at the same time must be related somehow.
