I have now two athom PG01 power plugs which are deceased. No LEDs are lightning up and power relais is off. Did already reset 7 times power-up without result.
It is like a fuse is broken.
Who can help me?

Not sure what country you are from (what form factor are your plugs), but I was able to open the case very easy (AU version), just going around the contour with the fingernail, next one will open with the guitar mediator. I have 2 of them dead (out of 6), but I know that in both cases it’s faulty relay, as other functions works flawlessly (even relay clicks but in one case stays closed, in second one - opened). Unfortunately wasn’t able to find where to get replacement for these relays - only 10A available, but I need 16A. See attached photo of the relay, if in any needs. On second photo - it’s next to Sonoff Power R2, just for comparison of relay size.
Same problem here, two of them are already dead after only 8 month. No way to open them to test them. No way to know what's going on there. I hope support here has something to say, because at this rate, in 18 month, none of the plugs will be working anymore. So please support, answer these posts with a solution or at least admit you have none and offer a commercial gesture.
