Max Output Power of E27 RGBCCT bulb

    dans Light

    Heya!

I just ordered two Athom light bulbs.

And I was wondering, wether outputting maximum power on all Light channels is possible, or not recommended.

In particular I'd like to use the "White Blend" feature of Tasmota, which subtracts the white level from a color, and adds it to the White channel, making for a better rendering of colors.

The page specifically states that running the White channels in addition to RGB could potentially lead to a burned power supply, which is obviously to be avoided.

To have a safety margin, is the integrated power supply of the E27 bulbs suitable and powerful enough to run all channels (RGBWW) at max continuously?

And what about thermals, would heat be an issue?

I hope someone particulariy from the technical department can help me.

    Thanks!

It does not support full power for all channels, only RGB three channels full power at most, because there is a temperature protection IC, the bulb will be powered off if the temperature exceeds a certain temperature

I would like to hear about this too - the color mixing code I'm writing for HAA utilizes all LEDs maximally (with an optional cutoff for overheating purposes). Put more simply, the question is this: if all LEDs (RGB,WW,CW) are on at 100%, does the bulb overheat?
