Hello Aus community and @AthomSupport
I'm keen on purchasing a 16A smart plug for Australia, however when I select one (for example, https://www.athom.tech/blank-1/esphome-au-plug), it shows the model number as PG05V2-AU10A, which I assume matches the description of max load of 10 Amp. Is there a way to purchase a 16A one (and is it really 16A?).
Thanks!
sure as hell not going to run 15A through a 10A ground pin I have had power points catch on fire from having small ground pins !!!
and if they have 16A relays in them why will it not run a 800w load (Ninja Creami)
and why did a relay fail after a few hours with a 30w load running a fan?
relays stuck in open posistion
got mine yesterday and extreamly disapointed
#1 power button on side prevents you running multiple units on a power board side by side why not on top or bottom
#2 sqaure plug should be rectangle so you can actually slim it down to fit multiple units side by side without wide spaced power board
The relays of all our plugs are 16A, and the theoretical current of 16A is no problem
